1. Validity:

These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by Human Design Films Ltd to you. We may amend these terms from time to time. Any alteration in our Terms and Conditions will be posted on the www.human.design website.

2. Human Design Films’ mail order contract with you:

A sales contract shall exist between you and Human Design Films Ltd after we have sent to you a confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Human Design Films Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order appearing on the human.design site, or in the case of the unavailability of a product, or in the case of a breach of Human Design Films Ltd’s copyright or trademark rights. Human Design Films Ltd reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered.

By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.

3. Pricing and Availability:

The prices and availability of the goods are specified on www.human.design’s Shop site. Such information is subject to change without notice. There shall be an additional charge for delivery, the amount of which shall vary according to the delivery methods that you choose. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, or that Human Design Films Ltd needs to vary the price due to supplier price increases, tax changes, errors in pricing or for any other reason following confirmation of your order, Human Design Films Ltd shall send you notification by email and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order.

4.a. Supply of Goods:

The Company shall not be liable for the cancellation by it of any order or any unfulfilled part thereof or for effecting partial delivery or performance if performance by the Company is prevented or delayed whether directly or indirectly by any cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Company, whether such cause existed or was foreseeable at the date of acceptance of the customer’s order or not.

5. Users are granted a limited license:

We grant you a limited, revocable license to access and make personal use of the website as our customer. However, you are not permitted to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, publicly exhibit or otherwise exploit the website or any Website Content for any commercial purpose, except as expressly provided.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. All Website Content is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The purchase of any product does not provide the purchaser with any copyright interest or other intellectual property right in the product. The arrangement and compilation of all Website Content is our exclusive property and is protected by international copyright laws. All software used on the website is our property or the property of our software suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

This site is protected by copyright, other intellectual rights and all analogous rights. The films produced and published by Human Design Films Ltd may not be reproduced. Access to them is granted only for viewing on a single CPU in a private, non-public space and is specifically prohibited from viewing by groups of people.

Should it come to the notice of the Directors of Human Design Films Ltd that any materials have been posted publicly without permission, we may immediately withhold access from customers who purchased a limited licence and pursue offenders to the full extent of the law.

9.a. Trademarks:

Certain graphics including Profile Characters used in the Profile films, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of our company. Unless otherwise specified, trademarks shown on the site are the trademarks of Human Design Films Ltd or Richard Beaumont. No rights are granted to use any of them without prior written permission.

All other trademarks and service marks not owned by Human Design Films Ltd that appear on the website are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without their prior written consent.

This site may be downloaded and viewed on a single CPU and/or printed as a single hard copy for private or internal business use only. It may not be otherwise reproduced, transmitted or made available on a network without prior written permission of Human Design UK. All other rights are reserved.

9.b. Copyright and Trademark Compliance and Complaints:

We honor the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied or used on the website in a way that constitutes infringement, please notify us following the procedure set forth herein. Upon receipt of any bona fide claim of infringement, or upon becoming aware by any other means, we will remove such product(s) from the website and/or cease sales pending investigation.

We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible—most will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of order (typically within 24 hours). You will be advised if delay is likely.

Postage charges are based on approximate weight and destination. Exact postal charges are shown on the shopping cart page.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We have suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard information we collect online. Card orders are handled by PayPal over a secure connection. We do not see or retain customers’ credit card information.

20. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Human Design Films Ltd has rarely issued refunds as goods are always sent out in good condition. If we acknowledge an error for which we are responsible, we will refund monies.

If the goods received by you are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, you can return them for exchange within 30 days from the date of order or 14 working days from receipt of goods (whichever is shorter).

You have the right to cancel within 7 days of receipt of your order or within 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If the goods have been dispatched and you notify us within 7 days and return them in good condition, you are entitled to a full refund.

For events or courses requiring prepayment, the prepayment is a non-refundable deposit. Event payments are due in full prior to attending and are non-refundable. Paid reports delivered in full following payment are also non-refundable.

Human Design Films Ltd may change this policy at its sole discretion at any time.

21. Invalidity of Terms and Conditions:

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
